1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Attraction Gate platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services.

2. Service Description

Attraction Gate provides a multi-location venue management system including ticketing, safety waiver management, cafe operations (GourmetFlow™), and predictive maintenance tools.

3. Payment & Stripe Connect

Payment processing services for tenants on Attraction Gate are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. By using Attraction Gate to accept payments, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement.

You agree to provide Attraction Gate accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize us to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

4. The 8-Hour Safety Protocol

Attraction Gate provides a strictly enforced 8-hour safety cycle. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure all local safety laws are met. Our system facilitates compliance but does not replace professional legal or safety audits.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Attraction Gate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of our platform.
